Nutrition is the cornerstone to good health. When it comes to survival our bodies must have air, water and food. There is absolutely nothing to take the place of real "whole" foods. Certain foods provides certain vitamins and minerals that is crucial to our well-being. These vitamins and minerals are vital to our cellular health. Needless to say, the soil where fruits and vegetables are grown is greatly depleted of these essential vitamins and minerals, which is greatly needed to help keep the human body functioning at it's optimum. The end result is the produce we eat is depleted of vitamins and minerals. It is therefore imperative we use a daily supplement.
